ABOUT US

SFOGLIA was born in the midst of the pandemic, when two brothers started delivering fresh pasta to people's homes. After running a deli in Entre Ríos, offering pasta, side dishes, and experiences for small groups, we were able to grow thanks to the love of our customers. In October 2021, we opened our Pastificio in downtown Guayaquil. 

In September 2025, we opened a new restaurant with a fresh and transparent concept: dishes made with quality ingredients, warm service, and the accompaniment of good wine, on the road to Samborondón. The SFOGLIA concept blends traditional Italian food with a Latin atmosphere.

OUR PLATES

Under the guidance of our founder and head chef, Andrés Torres, we have developed two Italian-inspired menus with a special touch. We respect tradition and the product. We make fresh pasta daily at our two locations, both for serving at the table and for retail. Furthermore, we are currently present in six specialty stores around the city, where you can find our dry and frozen pasta, sauces, and more.
